The location is great in the heart of Al hamra and everything is within a walking distance in the city. Rooms are clean but they didn’t clean my room when I put the sign. The breakfast is fine. Overall I’m pleased with the experience.

the tv inside the room doesn’t work, we booked from a website and they promised a jacuzzi and said that everything from the fridge is free until we got there and they told us that it’s not, then they kept adding to the price we booked it for $45 until it reached $60 the restaurant is extremely expensive, so unless you avoid everything that’s not the $5 breakfast you’ll leave with your pockets empty the rooms smell like axe body spray and they have no windows. the furniture is old and the mattress is hard And as i was leaving, i was loading my things into the taxi and then they stopped me midways to search me?? they said there was a towel missing from the room i was in and after i showed them that i did not have any of their towels with me they proceeded to take me upstairs back to the room and search around the room and they didn’t let me leave until they took pictures of the room and my luggage the few positives were the size of the kitchen and cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the wifi, they had several wifi routers and the speed was good

Please, avoid this place. It is a pity I didnt read the reveiws before and trusted Booking. This hotel does Not have credit card payment, when they dont inform about it beforehand. They say that Lebanon is on crisis and that’s the reason but this is the fourth hotel i booked in Lebanon and in all the other 3, they sent the payment to my card. It is more like money laundering. Now, they want me to pay in cash, in dollars + the comission for exchange money. They are scammers. I hope i can meet the manager but i saw in other reviews that he lives in the shadows, probably in the Caribeann with a Mojito.
