kitty guesthouse is great,from the super friendly welcome from the owners and their beloved pets to the homely charm of what they carry through the building but also the other guests. kitty is a guesthouse which reading reviews I think people forget that when they write reviews, innit doesn't have a pool but it has the sea, which you come to phi phi for right? In addition the AC and WiFi were probably so far the best I've had after over a month visiting Thailand and Cambodia, on my last night wanted to just relax and play some video games as had an early start, and was the first time was able to play an online co-op games after a month. would also highly recommend the full day sunrise tour of Maya Bay they offer it really for just 30 people and it was an experience I will remember! had great chats with all the staff there even exploring their new venture kitty hilltop which will be booking for my next trip to phi phi! Thank you much again for your hospitality for someone who has alot of anxiety usually you really made me feel welcome whether it was chats in the morning or evening appreciated everything! was great to also see sustainability efforts being made and I actually embarrassed them, didn't use toilet paper for over a week and will be making these changes in my own life on my return as actually feel cleaner. I saw some reviews about the music from a bar quite a walk away.....yes there is a small hunt of music but some decent ear plugs and you are good, I'm not a party person and I slept perfectly from midnight most evenings.

We booked 3 nights at kitten house during low season in Phi Phi Islands and it was really pleasant to stay here! Tip (the owner) is a lovely person and always willing to give guests all sort of tips for discovering every corner of the island! The room was perfect for our needs, with good air conditioner, bed sheets, towels, shower with hot water and a table for some remote jobs. Café, tea and biscuits besides filtered water for free in the morning! Really worth it for what we've paid for our stay 💚 The hotel located 15 minutes walk from Ton Sai Pier and it is still far from the party beach, with the noise not disturbing us at all during sleeping times. Also, it's perfect for animal lovers as she has her cats and dog that are lovely ❤️ Definitely we would stay here again. Very recommended!

Our stay here was really nice! The owner is super attentive and informed us about which beaches to visit and all of the tours around the islands. The room was clean, the bathroom looked a bit old/used but still very clean and considering the price you can't complain. It's 3 min away from the Party beach, so you here some noise Till like 2 am, but we had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast (watermelon+toast&jam+coffee/tea) and water refills are included. A lobby boy will pick you up and drop you off at the pier - he will transport your luggage in a cart which is a huge plus in this heat. And the cats are also super cute :)

Had an amazing experience staying in Kitty Guesthouse. It was a 15 minute walk from the pier but this doesn’t feel too long once you start walking and looking at all the shops anyways. By the time we’d explored phi phi we were 8 minutes away anyway. The hotel is near to the swimmable beach at the back of phi phi island (the better beach). The staff were friendly on arrival and so were the animals. Room was great. View is amazing into the trees and jungles surrounding. AC was cold the room was cold in literally seconds. Such a good place to stay would definitely stay again so worth it!

We booked this guesthouse via AirBnB, I was not expected much about a location or high quality of bedroom because of a hotel is cheap. My husband and I arrived to Phi Phi island didn’t know better. No transportation on this island. They are using trolley to carry things from point A to B. We weren’t sure on how to get to a guesthouse. The staff was not friendly and expected us to understand everything on our own. A room that we stayed were dirty. Bed is hard as a rock, AC was not cold, bathroom is full with mold and missing water spray next to a toilet. A room has balcony and plastic chairs but chairs were broken arms and very old. No microwave, no TV, no hairdryers, no brackets only a cover sheet, no shampoo or soap, towels has bad odor. It’s located on a hillside but you still going to hear loudly noise from party on the beach all night long. If you want quietly stay and quality vacation don’t come to Phi Phi island and don’t stay at Kitty Guesthouse. Even though it cheap but it’s not worth even for just showering and changing clothes.
