The hotel was really nice. It was good value in a great location in the city centre about 10 minutes' walk from the Old Town Square. There are several supermarkets nearby if you need them. Several train stations are also in easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was nice. The sauna was very good, quite big for hotels but not in a good location sharing the same room as the gym. It is not a textile-free sauna. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a bar where some food can be bought. The hotel taxi service is recommended for airport transfer.

Beautiful art deco hotel with lots of original features outside and in! Great breakfast area, little bar and gorgeous reception area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place too for all the sightseeing places. Would love to go back here soon!

Had a lovely time here. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Room was lovely and cleaned daily with new towels etc. Breakfast in morning is excellent and staff are really nice and attentive. Location is really good, right in the middle, everything is 10 minutes away but hotel is still quiet.

Despite sending several pre-trip emails to the hotel, there was either no response or delayed responses, which was a bit disappointing given the high expectations I had for this beautiful hotel. Upon check-in, we discovered that the room wasn't a suite as expected. When inquiring at the reception, we were informed about a connecting room to the living room, but it was locked. We had to wait for staff to unlock it. This was disheartening, especially since my husband had booked a suite to celebrate my birthday, and the room wasn't fully prepared. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working, and the response from the reception was unhelpful, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the room was subpar. Clear noises from the adjacent room and the street disrupted the overall experience. While I understand that external factors contribute to this, the overall stay was less enjoyable. It's regrettable that the service did not match the beauty of the hotel and the quality of the room. However, the saving grace was the delightful breakfast, which elevated the overall experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
