Booking at this hotel was one of the best decisions we took for our trip to Prague. The hotel looks nice, the service is extremely kind, friendly and professional. The location is exceptional, very close by foot to almost all points of interest for tourism. The variety of breakfast options is very good as well as the food quality. Last but not least, the rooms are very nice and clean, we missed a shower instead of a bath tub, but that's a personal preference. The small fridge worked flawlessly! really unusual and definitely appreciated!

The room wasn't quite how it looked on the booking much smaller but it was clean. The location was fine, easy walking to most attractions and if you didn't want to walk I imagine it's pretty accessible. Breakfast was average. Nice bar area. Enjoyed our stay all in all.

Location - AMAZING! Right in the centre of Prague with everything you would want to visit within walking distant or short tram ride away. Rooms are practical, clean and has everything you need. Pillows are very soft and we both had neck pain from them. Confused me how there was no milk for the tea/coffee? However we both drank it without and it was nice. Breakfast - Really good! Lots of options for hot and cold options. Caters for everyone. It says wait to be seated but no one comes so we just walked in and sat down. Spa/ gym- I would not call it either, the gym is a small room with some weights in and the spa is a Sauna which was ok. Option to have a massage. Room bedding and towels get changed everyday which is nice or you can choose for them to plant a tree and choose not to have your towels and bedding changed. Staff were polite and friendly and all speak really good English.

Wonderful hotel, although we have two separate mattresses into a double bed so I wake up like I’m in a coffin everyday 😂. Not a problem to complain about because we were only here a few days. But if you stay longer maybe request a double sized mattress 😂😂😂. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly . We opted out for breakfast This place is perfectly places, 14 min walk to old town, 25min away from the crossover bridge. And there is loads of Christmas markets on way. Some food places nearby open late. And some good food (I made more reviews on my acc for near by!) highly recommend ❤️

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel during a busy holiday period, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of understaffing and lack of receptionists. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there was only a single receptionist working, which led to numerous inconveniences and frustrations. While waiting an hour for check-in at the hotel reception, the solo receptionist was very slow as she showed signs of feeling sick. We assisted her to a sofa, but she was hesitant to call her boss for a substitute, fearing repercussions. Eventually, she was assisted to the toilet to vomit by a bartender, who was on the phone with a manager apparently. However, staff didn't mind leaving guests unattended, the understaffed situation persisted for an additional 40 minutes with us not knowing what to do next. The incessantly loud air conditioning made it nearly impossible for me to get a decent night's sleep. Moreover, the use of two separate mattresses instead of a standard bed was an unexpected inconvenience that affected my comfort. Would not recommend it for any couple travellers. We kindly asked to change the room but the receptionist apologized that she cannot offer any alternatives. Adding to the discomfort, the early morning clamor of plates being banged in the vicinity disrupted my rest. The lack of sound isolation in the rooms only exacerbated the noise issues, making it a challenge to find any peace and quiet. To make matters worse, housekeeping had the habit of barging into the room very early in the morning, disregarding the fact that guests were still inside, which is highly unprofessional. Lastly, the receptionist failed to inform us about the extra charges for the private garage. I only found out during check-out and was surprised by the hefty bill. Clear communication about additional fees is essential for a positive guest experience. The hotel should improve their transparency and communication practices to avoid such disappointments in the future.
