My daughter and I stayed for one night but I wish it could have been more! The staff were very helpful,the food was enjoyable, the room was fresh and clean,the bed was really comfortable and it was incredibly quiet! It was well placed for the main travel routes and very safe if you're travelling with young children(no vehicles tearing past). I would certainly stay again and recommend it.

We arrived very late (after 2 am) with my son and I was worried we would have to wait about and check in would take ages. We walked in and there were 2 welcoming staff members who checked me in right away it took less than a minute and we were on our way to our room. The room was lovely and large, the sofa bed was already set out ready for my son and we could just lay him straight down. Beds were comfy too.

The hotel is in a quiet area, very close to the motorway and it was a lovely choice. We have only been here for 1 night (1 adult/1child) after visiting the Knowsley safari park and Crosby beach, didn't interact too much with the other hotel's provided services, the rooms have missing or broken bits and not overly clean (there's an old potato chip behind the sofa and a bottle of water under the bed, among others), but for our needs it was perfect. I would definitely come back.

Hotel itself is okay, worth the money you pay as this was half the price of other local hotels. Room was clean and spacious and came with iron, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Tv just has basic channels but no issues there. My only issue with the hotel was the cleaners on the day we were leaving knocked 3 times before check our time. Waking us up to I assume try get the room clean started. After the second knock we gave up and got up but was greeted with another knock. Not an issue as such but frustrating and made us feel like we were a pain by checkin out 10 mins before latest checkout.

The room was lovely, shame there were three pictures propped up against the wall waiting to be hung. On the positive side the room was large with plenty of space, comfy bed and a sofa bed We ordered an evening meal for 4 of us and we were advised it wouldn't all be served together. Food was mediocre and I would guess most of it is microwaved before serving. Alcoholic drinks were limited, especially on zero alcohol and no mocktails on offer. Breakfast was self service, I ended up sticking to croissant and fruit. The jams and nutella were served in large jars with the kids off, nothing to limit cross contamination ( I was expecting the usual individual plastic containers).
