The hotel is just amazing for families. My kids loved the slides in the lobby and were playing for hours. The family room had bunk beds in a different room. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. We had breakfast included which was limited in options but still good. Overall a wonderful stay and it would be our go-to hotel next time we are in Thailand.

Nice hotel, and a quiet location on the canal with good access to the boat transportation. Bit of a different concept this place seems unusual at first but it’s very comfortable, friendly and clean place to lay your head. Family oriented, but with a wide variety of clientele everyone seems to enjoy the same atmosphere here. The staff was wonderful and helped make my stay the best.

I booked two rooms a month ago and it's family room + deluxe double room. We have baby and kids and we hope can live next to each other. But they arranged us on different floor. When I checked in, the lady was very impolite and tried to pretend she can't understand English very well. If you can't understand, I don't think you deserve to stay on this place. She gave every room just ONE key, and I asked 2 keys for family room bcz we have 4 adult, they didn't want to give us even I said I can pay more money for the deposit. She told me bcz the key is not enough to use, do u think is it reasonable？ Finally, another lady who decided to give the key without pay. She didn't tell me anything about breakfast or swimming pool or any facility, I need to ask them by myself. The room is very big but nothing inside the room, even facial tissue. They have post and said, if you need the amenity, you can call them to request. Both of our room's phone is not working. We have kitchen and the pipe is not working, the water can't flow. They give us plate and bowl but no cleaner can use. Few days ago I was staying in another Kokotel, but unlike this one. They helped me a lot and very kindly. I am going to stay for two nights and just enter this hotel 2 hour, already make me want to move to another hotel.

Great option in Bangkok. Close to ARL, Thong Lo, Phetchaburi MRT. The staff are excellent. Friendly too. Pool+ is a plus. So is the washer/dryers. Breakfast rotates and caters to many preferences. Would love to see some Thai favourite dishes added to the menu (you would have less grab drivers delivering 😉). With that said, short walk to street food nearby. 7/11 is close. I should also note I value this hotel highly because I use motorbike taxi. Consider my review from a solo traveler 🙏🏼
