The staff were really helpful and polite. It’s placed right in the middle of the hotels and restaurants. So yes, it can get noisy even at night, for which the staff were kind enough to offer us buds in advance. lol If you’re vegetarian there won’t be much to eat in breakfast for you, just 1 dish and be sure to mention to them if you want egg or not. We did not mention it, and got the dish with egg, but they were kind enough to change it. Overall an average place but the staff definitely makes it a good place to stay if on budget

Overall it’s great experience! Loved it! Had pleasant time staying there for two nights. Room is clean, room service is great, clear instructions for travelers for request Services like towels etc and also nice arrangement for water - instead of waste bottles and plastic wastage they promote sustainable way to getting water by providing reusable Glass bottle to drink and clean filtered drinking water outside the hotel Rooms, nice restaurant and breakfast service, very welcoming and would stay again! It’s in heart of the Krabi city and easy place to Navigate and board to other trips from here ..

Overall I rate my stay at Kokotel 5/5. However certain parts of the room could be better. For one, the heated shower dial is a bit finicky, pressure could be higher/stronger. It would be a huge bonus if Kokotel could provide us a laundry drying rack since almost every room comes with their own spacious balcony. But all in all, I would still rate Kokotel 5/5 because of how attentive they are to details! From the handwritten welcome message, to providing even hair conditioner & hand wash soap, and not to mention the most amazing team of staffs. Bee (sorry if I spell your name wrong) who man's the front reception provides exceptional customer experience. She offered us towels knowing that we are going on our 7 Islands boat tour. She also tried her best to answer my question on where to find food, where to buy a bucket hat etc. I will come back in the future!

Staff is great, friendly. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking away from the beach. As soon as you walk out of the Hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, bars etc. Inside of the Hotel entrance, there is coffee store with a terrace, next to the hotel there is a good massage saloon. In front of the hotel there is a tourism desk where they offer island tours, taxi service and laundry service with affordable prices.
