We were there for 3 nights. The room was big enough for 2 people and comfy. I also liked the way that it was decorated. What I didn't like was that in 4 days, the room stayed not cleaned and we got no towels.4 Days!!! I am sorry, but for that price I could find an Airbnb with better conditions! The worst part was that the maids were exactly in my floor and near my room, BUT NO. No cleaning. Nothing. Also, the staff... Where?? I haven't seen a single person to help us with the check in or to show us where our room was. Anyways, the hotel is just 10 min away from the city center and it gave us a good view. That's why you got my points.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. I booked this hotel in advance to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of 10 friends. It was a reservation where we had to pay on the spot. At the last minute, the hotel tried to charge my card and when it didn't work, it canceled my reservation, ending my trip and everyone's. The truth is that I paid a lower price and they wanted to free up my room and that of my guests. I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel

Check in was rather easy. However the problems started when getting in the room, it was quite alright but there was a lot of limescale on the shower. We booked a double bed, but only got 2 singles next to each other, not fun for a couple. The pictures when booking did show a double bed. Pillows are not that comfortable. There was no TV remote in our room, so we called and got one in like 10 minutes, which was nice, however, the streaming simply did not work, nor the TV channels. Streaming is via android TV, you have to scan the QR code on the TV to connect to its network, and then you can cast. This was not that easy to do, and after some trouble shooting it was clear that bad internet connection of the TV was the cause. We called again, told our issues and where told a lie that the hotel was fully booked, i checked the site and was able to book a room so we called again, and the operator said we were right and there was indeed free rooms available. We got a new room, another medium, not an upgrade, and surprise! Streaming did also not work, the most we could watch was 1 min before it stopped playing and gave an network error. I had to go buy an HDMI cable to be able to watch a movie with our food, since there is no restaurant, only way to eat in hotel is delivery. The first 2 days we had to sit and watch a buggy tv screen. Ruined our stay quite a bit, this is a 112€ per night stay, if we payed 25€ more per night we could have stayed in the Hilton across the street, pretty sure there would not have been so much issues. In conclusion a hotel with no staff only works when there are no issues, and this hotel clearly has some. Would not recommend unless you stay for 1 night. Still expensive for what you get

There not being any reception staff is a very obvious cost cutting measure that isn't reflected in the prices of the rooms. They still cost the same as equivalent hotel rooms at other hotels. The room itself was for the most part clean, the shower could have used a bit more cleaning. The location is great, everything is in walking distance, you can walk to the inner city and the Dom for example in a few minutes. The hotel doesn't have parking, but we parked at the Waidmarkt Tiefgarage which is a few minutes away. Alternatively there are some Ampido parking spots around. I would recommend for one or two nights but not longer. The rooms are decorated to look cool but are not very functional. There was for example no wardrobe just a copper pipe with a single hanger in our room.
