This is a company that doesn't know enough to cancel my New Year's Eve reservation, which I made weeks in advance, the night before the accommodation date, without any explanation. Of course, after such an incident, you want to reach them because they do not give you an explanation and you cannot reach the hotel from any of the numbers given. When we reach out via social media, we are informed that the hotel is closed. While trying to explain the situation with a comment made on this platform, an image was created as if we were not capable of noticing that it was closed :) but the fact that there were sales on that site even though the hotel was closed is the fault of the hotel, not the site. Whatever data is processed on the site is sold in the same way. This means that a hotel that is closed during the winter season cannot sell rooms. There should be no explanation for the last-minute victimization on New Year's Eve because we were unable to access the system and fix it.

From the moment we first entered the hotel, we were greeted with a smile, they were attentive and attentive as if they were hosting you in their own home. Cleanliness, tidiness and order were great. The size and spaciousness of the rooms were extremely good. The hotel is very close to the center of Alaçatı and you can easily reach the places you want by walking. Even though it is in the heart of Alaçatı, it is so far away from the noise that you never hear it. It's a boutique hotel that I can recommend with peace of mind. There is no doubt that you will be satisfied.

We liked it very much, they are super caring. I wanted two single beds and made the wrong reservation myself, but they fixed the problem. Breakfast was great anyway. I definitely recommend it, we had a nice stay in Alaçati thanks to them.

With Ms. Tuğçe's smiling face and caring welcome, it became a friendly, warm place for us that made us feel at home from the moment we entered. Although the hotel is centrally located, it has an environment where you can fully relax and find peace, away from the noise of the market. Both sitting in the garden in the evening and having breakfast were very enjoyable. I was happy to find a place to choose during Alaçatı holidays without thinking :) I just wanted to point out that the rooms are a little tight for those who want to come :)
