Super awesome stay. All the staff here are nice and cheerful. Service is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel with my family and friends. They have clean sheets and towels (super thumbs up). Don’t hesitate to book this hotel because it is worth it.

My room's size was fine. It has free bottled water, coffee and tea. TV has english channels. It has safe and basic toiletries. It has bidet and hot shower. However, they need to put a place in the shower area whether to put the body soap and shampoo. Housekeeping cleans the room early too. Joy, the manager, also made sure my stay had no problems or issues. Location is near My Khe beach. Tour vans also can pick you up from hotel. Hotel is located between two convenience stores. Will stay again here.

It took me 1 day of research to find this budget stay with Gym & Amazing Swimming Pool. One of the staff’s Duong, helped me from onboarding to every other requirements that I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I think i had one of the best rooms, good lighting and ventilation. They also have scooters to rent if you like to go around Da Nang. Special thanks to Duong for helping us out 🙂

My name is Barry Lusk and I'm writing this review about my stay at the Kova Diamond Hotel Danang.During my time here I have had the best service and help I have had any where I have been . From the Door Man the cleaning staff all the receptionist and even the maintenance men all who are lead by their manager Mrs Minh Duong.As I had been sick and was hospitalized for a short time I was quite fragile and emotional I'm 65 years old and was struggling.But the level of help and caring I received were above and beyond what I expected from Ms Duong.Ive been here for 5 weeks now and it's been the same everyday everyone making my stay very pleasant . I am so lucky here to meet her. She is working by heart, caring me like my family here. Thank you all .B.Lusk.
