KunKin Luxury Apartment

I lived in this apartment for three years. When I moved out, I was charged 72$ for curtain repair. I looked up it on the internet and the regular price was 20$. When I pointed this out to them, they did not reduce the amount and unilaterally transferred the deposit for the remainder minus that amount. Please be careful with this apartment, as there is a high possibility that the deposit will not be returned in full. First of all, thank you very much for your refund of the deposit during the contract period, but this was due to the lack of explanation from the apartment regarding the explosion on the second floor, which we judged to have been caused by the apartment. We have negotiated with you and you have agreed to move out during the term of the contract. We understand that this has nothing to do with the high cost of repairing the lace curtains. Second, regarding the cost of repairing the lace curtains, we understand that one of them needs to be repaired and we have been informed that the repair will require the replacement of both of them. I looked up both lace curtains online and found that they cost approximately $20. Yukiko had informed you that the repair cost was too high, but you were told that the cost of the curtains included the cost of labor and transportation. You also told us that the 72$ is after a 30% discount and that it would actually cost 103$. I am sure the readers of this will know if 103$ is reasonable to replace the lace curtains, but I apologize if I am wrong. Also, you should have taken our consent to give us a deposit less expensive repairs and did not inform us that you were going to give us a refund prior to giving us the money back. Unfortunately this was the worst experience that we have had in our trip. We stayed three nights and I broke one small by mistake soap bottle , the next day they asked for 19 dollars for one bottle and its market price is not more than 5, they made a big fuss about it and we paid around 11 dollars at the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are trying to make profit out of one soap bottle even, we were willing to pay the market price but they wanted to maximize their profit, so if you dont want to be in such stress , choose another hotel, if you damage one small item by mistake they will charge you a fortune!!!!!!!!
