Room size is ok. There’s a balcony and the view is alright. But the following can be improved. 1) There are stains on the bedsheets it feels kind of gross 2) the shower curtains looks like it has mould on it. 3) the shower control was kinda stuck and it was hard to control the temperature of the water 4) the towels are kinda grey and looks old Overralls 2.5/5 stars cos the place doesn’t look clean

We had stayed in November mid for 3 nights.Our stay was pleasant.The staff at reception was helpful and also service was satisfying. Our best part of stay was that we had been served with Vegetarian Breakfast on request as per our demand.They made sure to fulfill our demands and tried best to satisfy us and served us with great hospitality. Special Thanks to Nita in Food Department Special Thanks to Seni attendant. Overall we would love to stay again at Kuta Grand Heritage.
