Today, my boyfriend and I booked a room for few hours. The receptionist was a girl in yellow shirt giving us a normal room. We have been using the hotel services several times, but this time was really bad. We just stayed for more than 1 hour, this girl called asked us to leave or exchange the room quickly because it had been booked by another? We were so confused cause we were not informed the information before booking. I also called the supervisor but his answer was not convinced when he said that this girl was a newcomer so she were not skillful. I hope that anyone do not need to handle any situations like us.

I have never stayed in the hotel, but the facilities seem to be first rate, especially the tennis courts. A very friendly atmosphere with a coffee shop next to the courts where a variety of drinks are available, from fresh coconut to various juices, tea, coffee and beer.

The room was ok but the drain for the shower was barely draining so when you would take a shower, the entire bathroom would be flooded for a while. Also, their breakfast options were bad. Their banh canh was the worst banh canh I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. It tasted like the cook was smoking a cigarette or dropped their cigarette in the soup. I only took one bite and knew it was enough. Also, I was gonna get some vegetables to put with my noodles and cha gio until I saw that there were ants crawling around all of the vegetables?? I instantly just left my plate. The only things that I could eat were the cha gio and eggs. Definitely will not come back here again.

Typical government-owned hotel. Staffs (concierge and receptionist) are rude and descending to us. They said they would not take any responsibility of my motorcycle parked in front while there are literally 50 other cars being parked. I got the room with the balcony and they told us to watch out of thieves who could climb up the balcony. All that for a 3 stars hotel, I don’t see a point for anyone to stay here, they just would not want to take care of guests.

The staff was horrible to me and my family. We walked in and the whole staff was judging us. They acted like we were trash from who knows where. The staff was rude when it came to getting the room. An old man who was at the front check-in desk acted like we didn't have money and told us the cheapest things there were. I mean we don't mind to pay a lot for a good bedroom. So in conclusion, I've been to cheaper places that are way better than this place. Plus, the staff is way nicer than this place.
