My stay here was short but very enjoyable thanks to Koki-san! His hospitality was amazing from having conversations in English and addressing our concerns. The location is a great value for the rooms, close to Kyoto Station, and service. A great place if you want to try a room with tatami mats and futons!

Pretty standard for a Hostel. Super thin mattress on a wooden bunk bed that you make up yourself. Shared showers and toilets on each floor. Kitchen/Dining/Lounge on ground floor. Location is near 2 different bus routes and you can walk to the train station (but I wouldn't with luggage). A couple of restaurants around the corner and a convenience store across the street. Showers and toilets did seem clean and were lockable while in use. ¥100 for towel rental.

There really nice staff for visitors. Stayed for 5 days here it’s the best location from the main Kyoto station I would say. Rooms have air conditioning and You sleep on bamboo mats with extra mattresses which You have to put Yourself up

Within walking distance from Kyoto Station, Yodobashi Camera, Kyoto Tower and convenient store. We booked japanese style room with private bathroom. The room is spacious for 2 person. The floor is on tatami mat and use futon to sleep on. The pantry also equipped with fridge, kitchen, microwave and utensils. The hostel also provide iron,just ask the front desk staff. Thank you Aya san and Kouki san for your excellent service.
