We made a reservation for two days. We called 3 times in total and were asked to send the information via WhatsApp. Since we could not get confirmation, we called again and asked for confirmation, and we received it. No deposit has been requested so far. I wish we would have sent it if requested. Because our reservation was not recorded when we went. We were told that there was a room but there was no TV, so we wanted to look at it since it was not a problem for us. It was a small room so small that the bed was in front of us as soon as we opened the door. We requested a slightly larger room, but they did not have space. Now, even though we are still accepted so far, the fact that we are reservation customers has been incredibly ignored. Moreover, we were okay with a room without a TV. This is the first time I see such comfort. We made a reservation. They may ask you a question such as what price was quoted to you. We say 1400 and it is accepted as such. Isn't the price for a double room fixed? If we want breakfast, it's 300₺ extra. It was a business trip and we had managed to fit a boat into one day, but we were incredibly upset. We had to stay one night. We gathered quickly in the morning. Because most importantly, there was absolutely no "comfortable bed" that a hotel should have. Springs like water beds were everywhere and we woke up with a sore back. The signs written on the door of the room that if you break the toilet, a repair fee will be charged or legal action will be taken against you, is so harsh that it is demoralizing. Available in photos. How could customers come and use such harsh language? As a matter of fact, it is very sad to have to agree to these if we are going to stay in hotels like this. I hope they objectively accept their shortcomings and work on it. 'I wish good luck to the owners. 'We will never lose our way again.'

We stayed here for three nights and were satisfied except for a few problems. The rooms need to be cleaner and the rooms should be checked better before new guests arrive. In our room, the bathroom light was broken, the shower head was broken, and there was a strange plastic cutting thing mounted on the wall. I became painfully aware of its presence on the wall.

In one word, it has a terrible and disgusting smell. We stayed 1 month ago. The cleaning woman throws the sheets on the floor. Linens should not be thrown into hospitals, schools, or places where filth is poured into the streets. You are not a cleaner. You are a polluter. The toilet in the bathroom is filthy and does not work. There isn't even a trash can. There's a very small bad one. It wasn't like it could be touched. Even if they said 1 TL, I would still never go. There is no elevator. It reminds me of disgusting places in movies.

The managers are nice and friendly, the location is good, but the hygiene is very bad. The sheets were in their sleeves, they cannot be changed or washed, I think, the bathroom is in a very bad condition, it is not allowed for people to enter, the balcony is small, thank you, we asked for chairs, but they put chairs, but there is water dripping everywhere, we did not go to the pool, I cannot say anything about the cleanliness, but the rooms are very bad.

I came to Çeşme as the Site Supervisor. It is a perfect price and performance hotel. One of the most important points is that its location is not on narrow streets, there is space for car parking, it is very close to the marina, and has friendly staff. The rooms are clean and look sweet with wall patterns. The only thing that bothered me was that the hand washing sinks were small, making it difficult to wash one's face. Some rooms have sockets at the bedside and some do not, but overall I had a good impression.
