Great location, the breakfast was really good and lots of choice, as well as very fresh. Room was simple and clean. Big windows for a lot of natural light. Bed was big and very comfortable with lovely duvet covers. Only little remark is the bathroom, which could be better. Maybe renovate. Bernard the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel which is truly great value for the money you pay. (Please add more tv choice).

Room was basic but clean, tidy etc. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was decent size. The air con worked very well, which given the temperature outside during our visit was a welcome respite from the heat at the end of the day. Can't say too much about the service, other than check in/out (which was quick/easy) we didn't have any real interaction with staff. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. Location right next to Andel, rows of shops, restaurants and a shopping centre was good. The public transport links are all good nearby. Short walk across the river to the more tourist orientated parts of the city. For the price point, this was a very good stay. If I was returning for a long weekend with just friends then I'd consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much from 26 till 29 September 2023. The location is great and not far from Prague’s places of interest. The staff is friendly. Our room was quite spacious and clean. The only problem was the Internet connection but we managed to solve this issue. We highly recommend this hotel

Firstly, the location is convenient with a bus stand, tram and underground stations within about 6 minutes easy walk. Prague public transport is very cheap and convenient (buy a ticket on the tram or on the station with contactless payment). As a grown man travelling alone I was okay with the area but Smichov/Andel aren’t the safest places in the city. A few homeless/drunks about at night but haven’t seen them bothering people. There is a lift, but I had to go down one flight of stairs and then back up to get to the room. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room down but kept the room cool after. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage, an ironing board (but no iron), a safe and a few hangers. The bed was a fairly large and comfortable. The pillows provided were comfortable. The bathroom is small with a toilet, shower cubicle and a sink. The bottom of the sink has storage where you can find the towels. There is no towel rail however. No coffee/tea making equipment in room (wasn’t listed so no surprises). There is free breakfast which has a good spread and is clean/well stocked and that’s in the basement. I am an early riser so wasn’t a problem for me but the blinds let in a sliver of bright sunlight right in the pillow area and there is some road noise (even on 4th floor). Overall okay for me but I nearly fell down the stairs at night when the lights were out and there is a wooden beam in the room and I banged my head against it trying to close the blind. This was billed as a 4* hotel which it definitely isn’t. Receptionist is very helpful and in general had no issues with any of the staff.

I was a bit worried about seeing many negative reviews here. But it was unnecessary concern. Our stay went very well and we got a very spacious penthouse. The receptionists were not too friendly, I admit, but they do their job and that is enough. The breakfast was great. Many hot meals and cold meals. Given the price, I can recommend this place, particularly if you take a bus or train nearby.
