Receptions always answer customers' questions very quickly with the help of messengers. The rooms are clear and comfortable. P. S. But it's very interesting that a nice business doesn't have a landline Reception phone number. The mobile phone number that appears in the Maps app is personal nunara and people are embarrassed to call every time.

Worst experience in Estambul, I arrived at the hotel and they told me that I had to pay in cash double the price that it was post on booking. They didnt help me to solve the problem at all and didnt speak english well so I ended up looking for another hotel at 7 pm. DONT GO HERE.

When I arrived to this hotel, I booked one night just to see if I would like it or no, the hotel is cute, and the reception was good. when I arrived I told the receptionist that I didn't know how long I would be staying here, maybe a week or a month or two, there told me it’s no problem. I was going out in two weeks ago, but decided to come back and told them the same thing as before when I arrived, but the reception staff (different the first person I met) asked me to leave the hotel!! because there are reservations online for the room I'm staying in (I stay here for one month) On the other hand, there is no telephone to contact the reception. And I will write about another things
