The worst experience ever. Whatever you do dont go to this hotel. I read the reviews before i went and they were all bad but i said that no its probably good, but it is the worst hotel in taksim. The elevator only fits 3 people and its so slow. Employees working in the reception dont speak English. The rooms are clean yet so so small. Also, the room keys stopped working on our second day there so we had to ask the worker to open our room for us every time and they didn’t fix the keys so we had to ask him every time, and since the elevator is sooooooo slow i swear im not exaggerating and it can only fit 3 people it would take a lot of time for us to get in our rooms. A very bad experience.

As a local guide and a formal traveler I will rate my first night of the hotel. The hotel is defined as a four-star hotel however most of the facilities are for a three-star hotel, no swimming pool and there aren't any resort facilities. However the location of the hotel is in the heart of Taksim and so close to the metro and many restaurants, supermarkets, grocery shops, and money exchange offices. The most thing that made our stay more comfortable in the hotel are the staff members; They are so welcoming, hospital, and kind and they serve with a smile you can find Arabic, English, and Turkish-speaking staff members. The thing that attracts my attention once I enter the hotel is the good environment among staff members which was reflected in all hotel guests. Such good vibes from staff members deserve increments in their salaries; I hope the manager can see and read my review to reward his staff with "Ekramyah".

It looks clean and good, the room is clean, but the room is very small. The toilet and bathroom are very narrow and small. The fridge is empty.

recently had the misfortune of staying at novaplaza taksim square, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. From start to finish, my stay was an absolute disaster, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I regretted choosing this hotel. Let’s begin with the check-in process, which was an exercise in inefficiency. The receptionist seemed disinterested in assisting me and took forever to process my reservation. To top it off, the lobby area was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, setting a negative tone for the entire stay. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a sight straight out of a horror movie. The carpets were stained and sticky, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed linens appeared unchanged, and I discovered hair and other unidentifiable debris on them, making me question whether the room had been cleaned at all before my arrival.

Title: A Nightmarish Stay at [novaplaza taksim square] Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Where do I even begin? My recent experience at [novaplaza taksim square ] was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot inside the establishment, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell that permeated the entire building. The foul odor combined with the suffocatingly small rooms made for an unbearable atmosphere. The first sign of trouble was the rude and disrespectful staff. They seemed utterly disinterested in providing even basic customer service. Their lack of professionalism was astounding, as they openly disregarded guests' requests and made us feel like a burden rather than paying customers. I expected at least a minimum level of courtesy, but instead, I was met with sneers and eye-rolls. The rooms were undoubtedly the smallest I have ever encountered. It felt like I was staying in a glorified shoebox rather than a hotel room. There was barely enough space to move around, and forget about storing your luggage or personal belongings comfortably. Not to mention, the abhorrent stench from the moment I entered the room was nauseating. It was evident that the management had not bothered to clean or air out the rooms in ages. Moreover, the hotel's deceptive practices left me feeling like I had been scammed. Upon check-in, I was charged exorbitant fees for amenities that were either not functional or advertised falsely. For instance, the Wi-Fi, which was supposed to be complimentary, hardly worked at all, and the in-room television was nothing more than a decorative piece as it never powered on. Adding insult to injury, the hotel's location was terrible. It was situated in a sketchy neighborhood, which made it inconvenient and unsafe for guests to venture out after dark. It seemed like the management was cutting corners at every turn to maximize profits, leaving no consideration for the wellbeing and satisfaction of their patrons. To sum it up, my stay at [novaplaza taksim square] was one I would rather forget. The combination of disrespectful staff, the pungent and cramped rooms, and the hotel's unscrupulous business practices make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache, and book your stay elsewhere. There are far better options in the area that actually value their customers and provide the services they promise.
