The renovated (or at least mostly done) La Concha is beautiful and the customer service was delightful. Parking and other perks (bike rentals, welcome drinks) were included in the destination fee which was appreciated. The only thing that was a bit odd was that since this is a renovated building, our room was awhile down the hallway and even had a few stairs we had to walk down. Just noting for accessibility!

Great location. Rooms need an update. Hotel charges $30 a day that can be applied to food or beverage. Charges for parking but valet goes home early. Staff is very friendly. Especially bartenders. Harmon great job! Breakfast in the morning is not worth going to skip it too many other places there with great food and view for price!

Great location on Duval Street and just far enough away from the bars to sleep comfortably. Most of the staff (sans front desk) are absolutely amazing! The construction did not affect our experience at all. Definitely recommend it.

Our stay in mid January was a bit disappointing in terms of my expectations of what to expect for a $500/night hotel. The location was nice, and convenient for much of the activity in Key West. The room was much less than expected in terms of finish. Had issues with AC and other simple items that were reported to the front desk. The front desk was responsive in getting the items adderessed, but the maintenance staff was not able to correct some basic issues that were not completed properly. I fully understand the renovation and challenges with getting this work completed, the Marriott touch was not even close to present here. Staff was generally very good at the front desk and bar area, so hats off to them for working through the challenges of guests facing difficulties not typically associated with a room for $500/night. I would give it 4 stars if I paid $200/night.

Great location on Duval. Hotel is under some major renovations. Rooms are very small but bed was very comfortable. Fire alarm went off more than 10 times in 3 days. Still charged a $43/night resort fee with no offer to “make things right” with all the construction and alarms going off constantly. For a place charging a resort fee, I expected better service and free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend doing your homework before booking and making sure the property is not doing renovations. Live and learn…
