Amazing hotel. The owners are so kind and warm, it’s family run and you can feel it. When I left after a 3 day stay the whole family came out and waved goodbye to me. The sandwich and smoothies stand out front is great and standard price (most hotels overcharge). The laundry service is spectacular, for 40k(1.6USD) the did my laundry, dried it and folded it better than I ever could. Loved me few nights here, would always come back!

The first room I checked into appeared dusty (with linen that didn't look fresh), and smelled of cigarettes. I immediately asked to be moved and settled on the third option I was shown, for the same price. The bed was comfortable and there was a window in the room and I could get some direct sunlight and fresh air. The cleaners came in without fail every morning to clean but didn't change linen for some reason. Paid 60000 VND for 2kg of laundry. The front desk staff is amazing and helpful. The hotel is near the beach and close to a K-Mart and nice restaurants. You can also grab a nice sandwich and drink at the food stall near the entrance.

Facilities are old, dusty and rusty in bathroom. Room are ok, dont pick Family Room which is not much bigger than standard rooms. If you go with 4 adults, better pick other hotels for a good sleep. Location is great, staffs are super helpful and friendly.
