Was checked into room 210 12/29 to 12/31 fecal matter from an animal several b.m.s and large stain of urine on floor. Overbearing urine stain to extent or nausea. Informed desk at check, they ignored me, informed desk 10p night of desk in said ok but did nothing, showed desk photos of fecal matter from previous tenant after 2 days of dealing with thus. They said, room was fine prior to my check in. Moved to Aloft hotel. No refund, no gracious service. Desk was neglectful and abusive. 311 health inspector was called suggested by police to do so. I have never had a worse experience my entire adult life. I stay in hotels often. I've worked in hotel resort hospitality 35 years, never would I dare treat a paying customer way hotel staff treated me in all my years of customer service . The sanitation issue was horrendous but being ignored and basically called a lair and pink elephant in room...hotel refused to acknowledge dog fecal matter and urine in room 210. That they said room was fine. It was was not fine. I do not have a pet, no dog. Previous guest mess. I was forced to clean up and sleep in. So sickening. I have photos and would like to share. Staff very unfriendly. Yes after 2 days of desk denying problem and calling me a liar. Yes, I was very upset. Extremely insulted and donation poised a Health Risk !

Worst hotel experience ever. First and foremost is the sanitation issues. Very filthy hotel. And it is not a hotel. It is motel but they charge you for a hotel price. Parking is not free and they charge way too expensive ($51). It is robbery what this place is doing. The motel is very dirty, staff are not nice and they look shady. You can only lower down the AC to 65. Only 1 lamp has a bulb, other don't. They charge way too much and they are so worried about the electricity their guest will be using. This place deserves zero or negative score. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to have a restful sleep during your stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a roach-infested dump and everything was horrible. I expected a clean and functional room and instead got the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Live and dead Roaches are disgusting. Dead ones in the corners and everywhere they don't clean. Rooms, hallways, elevators, and even the lobby were filthy. The toilet doesn't flush. Hot water is not always available. You have a 50/50 chance of a warm shower. The door keys would stop working, and I had to visit the lobby to get them reprogrammed more than once. I usually don't write bad reviews for cheap hotels. You get what you pay for and shouldn't expect 5-star amenities for $60/night, but responses to bad reviews from this hotel are dishonest. They have no plans to correct any of these problems and the INTENTIONAL level of neglect is astounding! Trust me when I say they do not care, not at all. The hotel staff needs a lesson in customer service, beginning with the manager, who was aggressive and confrontational at the front desk. It's probably difficult working in a garbage hotel when every guest is unhappy. It is very hard to believe La Quinta and/or Wyndham are willing to put their name on this roach trap. I was confident when booking this hotel because it was a La Quinta and expected a nominal level of cleanliness. I am not renewing Wyndham Vacation Club this year because I no longer trust the brand. I will never stay at another La Quinta. Luckily, I did not bring a car because they hide the fact you will be charged $50/night to park, nearly a 100% upcharge. Every guest checking in was surprised and not happy. Just to recap, everything was bad and nothing was good. DO NOT STAY HERE!
