The room I was in had a hole above the toilet that was easily 3'X4' big in the ceiling. The microwave didn't work, there was no phone in the room, nor an iron and the hairdryer didn't work either. I didn't even bother trying the coffee maker. The mini fridge was working though. When I brought this to the attention of the man working the front desk he said he would be up to check on all of that and never showed up. Except 5 min before check out to knock on the door and let me know it was time to leave or pay for another night. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights. Due to business I didn't spend much time in the room so it took me a while to notice a lot of these right away. I didn't use the bathroom there at all the entire time. I kept the bathroom door closed and never went in it. Thankfully have friends in the area that let me use their bathroom. Will not be staying here ever again nor recommending it to anyone.

I picked this hotel because we were needing a last minute item for a night. I picked the closest hotel to the venue because it was right down the street. The room smelled HORRIBLE! like dog urine. It was so strong it gave me a headache. The lights in the sink area by the bathroom didn’t even turn on. There were also a couple of other lights that didn’t turn on. The room was hot and the AC did not do much to cook the room down. We also needed to use the iron and it didn’t work. We ended up getting ready here because our event was approaching and we didn’t have time for anything else. Two hours after checking in, we checked out and stayed somewhere else. I would not trust sleeping in these beds or the room in general. Worst hotel experience ever.

it’s a horrible motel, after staying here one night i had killed 5 roaches one was on my head while i was watching my laptop in bed. Updated to 2 stars cause my stuff didnt get robbed so thats nice.

I booked this hotel based on information available online. When I arrived, I was appalled. It is a hole in the wall in a scary area of town. I went to the front desk and told the manager, I would not stay there. I said it didn't look like the photos and it was not a nice place. He said I still would have to pay for the first night and that it didn't matter if I didn't like the place. He said I should not have booked it if I didn't plan to stay there. This is obviously flawed logic and false advertising. I have spoken to Choice Hotels who said the hotel would have to issue the refund. The charge went through. Now I have to try to get money back for something that was not nice and felt unsafe.
