My accommodation was great. Excellent location, cleanliness, bed linen and towels in good condition made the difference, in addition to being spacious. Great staff very helpful.

I stayed from the 1st to the 4th of June this year at Flat La Résidence Itaim and when I left I forgot to take personal belongings that were in the bathroom. These are two imported perfumes, two toiletry bags, one from Track & Field and several personal items. When I arrived at my house, I missed them and immediately called the flat's reception. The doorman told me that being Sunday, the maids would only open the room on Monday and asked me to call again that morning. And that's what I did, but, to my surprise, they told me that there was nothing in the flat I used, except for a folder from the seminar I attended during the period. I asked to speak to the property manager, who said he had seen the security camera footage and found nothing. He even suggested that I was mistaken that I had forgotten my personal things there. I found it absurd and a total lack of respect for the customer.

I was very well looked after and the stay was great, the rooms were great and very clean. The team was very helpful. The location is great too, everything is very close, Uber arrives quickly and is easy to access. We had two apartments for 4 people each, the value for money was great, it was more affordable than other options in the region. I will come back more often, I highly recommend it
