This place was great. The rooms were simple but that's all we needed. They had a really great breakfast. The staff was very nice. The water station was nice to refill our water bottles everyday. I would stay here again.

Everything was great— the rooms, breakfast, proximity to the train station. Staff was very warm and welcoming. We loved how there was a water bottle fill station so we could stay hydrated with all our walking around Florence. Felt safe and secure.

We only stayed here for one night but it's in a great location, near the train station and easily walkable from what you want to see in Florence. The room wasn't amazing and even though the website says they have AC, they don't turn on until after May 1 (they were nice about bringing me a fan though). There's access to filtered water which is awesome. And the breakfast had tons of options and was quite good. I would stay here again.
