I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and how great Francesca was. We had them meet us at the airport and Francesca met us on the street to help with baggage. She gave recommendations and helped with taxi and train station handicap assistance when we left. The apartment was huge and well appointed with everything we needed.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Florence. We were there in November '23. The room is very comfortable and modern. Francesca was very accommodating and helpful with restaurants, trains, suggestions. Very convenient location to Accademia, Duomo, and other attractions. Highly recommend!

For a long time, we were looking for an apartment for 6 people, which would be in the center and would be convenient. When we walked in, we completely fell out. Amazing large spaces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The lady who escorted us was incredibly helpful and the lady who arranged everything for us (Francesca) was amazing too. Parking in Florence is not easy at all, but there is a possibility to park in a hidden garage about 120 meters from the apartment. The residence is directly opposite the Academia where there is a statue of David and about 450 meters from the cathedral. The only thing I would complain about is that there is no washing machine here, which we would need with children. But otherwise really great.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at in Firenze. A perfect, and I mean perfect location, exceptional rooms, and Francesca is an amazing host. We had 3A and our friends family stayed in 3B. Full queen beds in a separate bedroom, queen or maybe it was double pullout couch for the kids. Kitchen. Great air conditioning. If I had to nit pick..the location is so amazing it is across the street from the real David and so Tuesday to Sunday the street is closed and can be difficult to find. Parking is a bit of a walk. But honestly everywhere in Firenze proper will be the same. For sure we will come back every time we are in Florence!
