Loved the experience! The staff was very welcoming, warm and polite. The room was amazing, very clean, you can feel the attention to detail. Will stay there again for sure, highly recommended!

A great stay within Paris. Good access to Versaille and Disneyland but it is quite a way from all the major monuments in Paris. Service was good and attentive for the most part. Room was okay, we got the standard double which was plenty of space and clean. Only issue we had was the shower head was loose and kept falling off. A great stay, I would recommend if you are looking at places to stay in the area.

The rooms were unclean, black hairs found in the bathroom around the sink, on the towels and on the bed. We had to use our own pillow cases as covered in stains. The staff were rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. The location is okay but in a ridiculously busy main road and the noise from the road is constant all night. When arriving we had to pay a €150 euro deposit which wasn’t well advertised when booking the hotel. Then when advised we would receive this back they only sent €125 euros and claimed we used the mini bar when we didn’t even open the fridge. Upon calling the hotel to question this the lady on the phone continued to insist she didn’t understand and then laughed and hung up the phone. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again. Absolutely horrific experience I’ve never met staff in hospitality like it.

I'm not familiar with European standards, but in comparison to other regions, this hotel shouldn't be rated as 5-star. The lobby is too small, the breakfast area is similarly compact, and the room was surprisingly tiny. I didn't feel a sense of luxury in this hotel. The shower area was too tight, and the room barely had enough space for a bed. The interior design didn't meet the level expected of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast offered was very modest and limited. Overall, my experience didn't align with a 5-star expectation, and I'm glad I only stayed for one night. On a positive note, the entrance of the hotel has a cute and nice appearance, and the flower decorations on the reception desk were impressive. Despite the limited and below-average breakfast, there were some enjoyable items such as fresh and tasty croissants and a special cinnamon cake. The rooms, although small and lacking in quality interior design, were clean. The hotel's access to some tourist destinations was relatively convenient, not too far away but also not too close.
