I had a fantastic stay at the hotel apartment! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and had all the modern conveniences I needed. The breathtaking view of the city skyline added a special touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and dining options. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a terrible experience. It ruined my trip. Rooms were so dirty . No attach baths available . Very unprofessional staff. Rooms smell so bad and washrooms are very very dirty . I am attaching pictures here. House keeping services are also poor . I won’t recommend this dirty place to anyone . No proper cleaning and not maintained .

Quite simply put - Awful customer service!! I tried to arrange a simple viewing of a 1 bedroom property before making a reservation as I have a toddler with me. Wanted a 1 month booking hence this request. Despite ringing up nearly every day for over 1 week, the staff could not arrange a time or date to enable me to make a viewing for 2 minutes before booking. Absolutely shocking! The staff on the telephone were not bothered to help me or to assist me in any way. They kept saying, if you come we shall see if an apartment is free to view. I said, I live 45 minutes away and cannot just turn up without being assured of a viewing. I asked 6 other hotels in the same area - all were so helpful and arranged a viewing for me within 24 hours. I am sorry to say -La Villa Najd is the worst hotel in Dubai I have experienced. I am a world wide traveller and never in my life I have experienced this poor customer service. Even the manager was justifying his staff's behaviour to me. A complete shambles! I would not stay here even if it was given free to me now. I hope the owners take note and re-train the staff on customer service or else many more people will be frustrated like me.
