Great budget hotel. The only issue is that on floor 13 you could hear the music from a club. Our room also had a door between the 2 rooms so we could hear people in the next room but it didn't bother us as they were quiet. For these 2 reasons I was going to give this hotel 4 stars, however, on our second stay here we stayed on floor 7 and that was quiet although the room was slightly smaller. It's important to know that you cannot bring guests back to the room. The shower is also a bathtub shower and it's pretty high stepping up into it and down from it so if you have a disability or injury it may be hard for you. The pool was dirty when we were there but we didn't want to use it anyway. Breakfast wasn't great but it was convenient. We also ordered breakfast using Careem when we were not in a hurry. Overall we had a good experience here and I would stay here again if I was looking for a cheap central hotel.

The eatery on the Mezzanine floor had pretty decent wings albeit a little burnt. Service was pretty friendly and they explained the offers well. Pool tables were well maintained but you'd have to pay per game and guttering the queue ball would result in the table eating that ball for the round and you'd have to pay for a whole new round.

As one would read the guests reviews, it is quite scary. It simply spurns and puts off any potential guest thinking of being places in a messed up Hell. The irony is that No Positive or Challenging replies from the Manager who should have been the most concerned to undo such negative reviews by customers as this definitely tarnishes the Hotel image and crumbles their business.
