The rooms are lovely, beautiful bathroom and very clean and comfortable space. The main reason I am giving 5 stars is because the staff are honestly amazing. They have all spoken with me in English, the service is fantastic and the commitment of every staff member really shines through. There is a range of different personalities and it’s great to receive service from such a welcoming team. The restaurant is fantastic, a great atmosphere and very quick service. Within a minute of finishing each course I had a waiter come to remove my plate and the next course was served right away. The food itself is superb, beautiful presentation and great flavours. If high quality Italian cuisine is your thing then this is definitely the hotel for you. It is very rare to find this level of service with such consistency. If I could leave 6 stars then I would!

stayed for 7 nights in August and absolutely loved it. The reception area and staff makes you feel invited. Friendly and fun check in staff. Room was superb,Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. Air Con was great. So close to all the entertainment but cannot hear any noise once in the hotel or room.I would definitely stay here again.

Update: The customer manager Sam (he was always very friendly) offered us a compensation for our towel and again apologised for the inconvenience. Therefore we changed our review, nevertheless rooms could be improved and the cleanliness could be better. _______ Not recommend this hotel!!! First: Staff is very nice and friendly, that is the only reason I can give 1 star. Room ist okay, few things are missing and the cleanliness should be improved. BUT: We had the issue that one guest above us throw down his cigarette and burned a hole in our towel. We informed the staff which was very surprised and spoke to the manager. Unfortunately they told us that the guest was a friend of the manager and the manager seems not interested in our issue, he did not even speak to us after this! They did not offer us anything like to clean the towels or any apology. They did not even remove the cigarette and the ash. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel and should be charged with 5.000 Baht - but they did not charged this to the guest. Very sad, what a bad management!!

The hotel is located in a great location. About 5-10mins walk to the beach. Lots of food nearby. Cleanliness wise, it was perfect. Didn’t have anything to complain about, looks newly renovated as well. As for the staff, they were very friendly. Ready to assist with anything I need. The manager was really helpful in providing a fast response, they even borrowed me a type C charger while I was there. Sam at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting good places. Good taste in music too Sam 😂 Totally enjoyed my stay there and will recommend it.
