Room is convenient and clean. Service is excellent. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has wide ranges of selection. Bed and pillow and blankets are clean and comfortable. For family who want peace and quiet place maybe check first if there are any big company team building trip or party or not because if there is music band playing, the sound is loud and children may not be able to sleep. Anyway, if there is, the music or concert will be stop at around 9pm. For family with baby, baby bed and baby bathtub are available but the baby chair at the restaurant has no seatbelt.

Poor services. The room door can't lock. The staff pretend to help but didn't help at all (without saying sorry!). We even have to walk all the way to the lobby just to talk to the staff (ridiculously weird that no one pick up the call while we called the lobby). We booked king size bed but we got twin bed. The drop off area staffs didn't help with a baggage. Overall ridiculously poor service.

Nice location with wonderful staff there. We arrived late around 4pm so the check in was not a big issue. Staff are friendly and needed a 1000 baht deposit which we received back when we checked out. Please be mindful that in Khao Yai Tuesday and Wednesday are usual closing dates for Spa as well as nearby establishments. There are two parking spaces and one has 3 EV outlets. That is quite critical for future because when i stayed there i saw 4 EV cars there being park. So in 2024 onwards, it will be a talking point. Rooms are nice and we booked Grand Deluxe Pool View, so we have 5 adults with 6 beds basically. It is spacious and also can work properly as WiFi doesn't need silly disconnecting and reconnections. Great location and near to many nice restaurants. Restrooms are not using any chemicals which i like but it is also important that without chemicals there is a little bit of water flow smell in the restrooms, it happens to all 3 rooms we stayed in, so that could be an improvement for clients who would like to return again. Residential side is higher up the hill side and free bikes can be hired at the check-in counters. Breakfast is good but could be improved with egg station for the waiting time, for example, soft boiled eggs can be done like 20 eggs every minute and others can be prepped for 7-9am because it's easy to eat eggs for most people including vegetarian. Not much options for Vegan food. Room cleaning is fast and efficient. Water and carbonated drinks are free during our stay, so i guess it's same all year round as we stayed in high/shoulder seasonality. For Child fun is nice and can see many children so it's family friendly. Pool is not heated as usual but that is not a big issue as afternoon Sun will take care of the pool coldness. Free charcoal fireplaces are offered to guests that's a plus. Some entertainments on some nights, but Wednesday is total quiet place which i found amazing and will go for Wednesday in Khao Yai again. Overall, fantastic and may come back again.

Extremely bad experience, not recommend to visit Me and my family visited the hotel on new year holliday and it was very unimpressive. First, the room was not clean. We found thrash on the side table(an empty snack package). Second, the shower was in a bad shape. The shower head was old and neary broken. The hot water was not working if you take a shower more than 5 minutes. Third, we were forbidden from sitting in the backyard on the new year night(which is the hotel facilities included in the room price), because they had the gala dinner arrangement beside the pool. They told us we could walk pass the dinner area to the backyard, only if we pay 150 THB/person for a soft drink(we’ve already paid 10,000 THB/night for the room, which is quite expensive for the room quality we got) After we insist that we are not willing to pay for the things we already paid for, they gave us wristbands for event passing. More than this, the fitness was far away and open at 9.00 am, the breakfast was so-so, the bed was hard and not comfy, and the staff was not friendly and have bad service mind. Overall, the visit was not worth the money i paid and all I got is a bad memory. หนีไปค่ะ

During the New Year's holiday, the hotel increased the maximum number of people per room to four, but this room is normally only available for two people. I really regret this point because the space is too narrow for four people, and if we know this room is a great fit for two, we can choose another option. Kind of deceiving the customer. Not helping staff, and the room is filthy, with garbage on the side table.
