Can't recommend to stay here. The hotel is not old, but in need for renovation already. The wallpaper is coming down or damaged everywhere, Water piping is leaking in the bathroom, ... Additionally the rooms are not clean, especially the bathroom. The water pressure is not existent, takes you half hour to get wet. The towels are more rags. The room is noisy as well. Especially the vibration of the AC compressor are annoying. They have 7 breakfast tables for approximately 50 rooms, so be prepared to wait 30 minutes for a free table (they are also not keen to clear the tables) or better go and get a breakfast somewhere else. You can get toast and egg or cornflakes, that's all. Funny is the picture I add to this review. They list everything you can't get. There is no coffee available.

Staff at check-in were inflexible about time, which is understandable and OK, but needlessly rude when informing us. The room cleanliness was poor, with used cotton tips left on the wooden ledge above the bed head. Cleaning on the next morning was better. It was a peak time so there was a lot of noise transferred between rooms. Also at peak times the water pressure became woeful, and on our final morning the water system broke down. Also the luft broke down on our final morning. Breakfast was OK on out first morning but on the second we went a little later. There was no clearing of tables, the staff on duty were flat out restocking the food trays and it appeared no one took charge. Parking was chaotic, what marked spaces there are are very narrow. Pluses? Comparatively cheap, but not good value based on this performance. Location is pretty good. Bed comfortable and air con worked well. Could do much better but I suspect the area means there's little motivation to improve.

Staff very unwelcoming and when we went to breakfast the member of staff made it clear she did not want us to be there. Breakfast was worse than a 7 eleven sandwich. The rooms we stayed in were filthy (body hairs on the floor) and the linen was stained. The mattress was comparable to a rock. Worst stay I’ve ever had in Thailand in over 20 years!

Decent friendly staff, not a bad place to stay, however the hotel was not as clean as you would expect. For example, The elevator walls were smudged by dirty hands and it was not cleaned while I was there.the room was not meticulously cleans as hotel usually are. And there are no electrical outlets at the bedside or the wall behind. The price was good.
