“Lousy service and unhelpful staff” The service is lousy and location is not ideal. Staff are not helpful in resolving issue and reluctant to lent a helping hand. Have an issue with my luggage with Yamato luggage service and hotel refuse to assist. Stingy with hotel necessities stuff and everything you have to ask for it. Ask for extra pillows also don’t have. Location not ideal for USJ and quite secluded with 2 convenient stores. Overall not recommended.

For the price, cleanliness, and one easy stop away from USJ (Universal Studios Japan), this hotel is definitely worth it.
