Good size room, convention location, with a walk way taking to straight to the nearest station on the Osaka loop line, which makes getting to other locations convenient and in the connecting building there's a wonderful Onsen, and a beauty salon, both give a discount to hotel guests. There's also an in room massage service available. If using the Onsen, recommend reservation if you want to use a private bath for any reason.

Stylish 1990s hotel overlooking the bay area. Great service. Design is now almost retro but still very nice. Large parking in B1/B2 levels. Well connected by train, directly accessible through a connection on the 2nd floor. Many restaurants and cafes, also a Family Mart here. Enjoyable stay!

We slept on the 23rd floor. The windows are not well insulated, so cold, wind and noise enter all night. Hot air machinery makes a lot of noise. There is damp on the ceiling. The bathroom is very small. I would not stay at this hotel again nor do I recommend it.

Overall good mid 3 star hotel. Located in a large building with some food selection, convenience stores etc....however the surrounding neighborhood is lacking. Near universal requires 1 train change and a total of about 4 stops. Rooms are all on upper floors, amazing views. The dinner buffet (5400円) was actually pretty good. Parking is 1500円/day, more if you come/go.

the decently sized rooms here were quite reasonably priced for the location, with amazing views of the surrounding area! access to bentencho station was really convenient too 👍 however, the hotel design was rather inconvenient, as guests from the 23rd to 25th floors are forced to take another set of elevators which do not even serve the 2nd floor where the linkway to the station is and other hotel facilities. otherwise, no other complaints and i would recommend staying here (just avoid these floors and you'll be okay)
