Standar price, cold aircon, available for 3 people in one room no charge for xtra bed, but the bathroom is old, the bath not good anymore. Because its chinese hotel, the lobby fully smell with dupa so strong

We had a four bedded family room. No elevator-if you are travelling with heavy baggage, you are in trouble as no one to help you with baggage. Cleanliness appropriate, hot water available in bathrooms but only hand-wash provided. They provide breakfast but only bread, margarine, marmalade with tea/coffee. Hot water available at kitchen. No tea making facilities at room. Not crowded. Not noisy. Overall I would say the hotel was OK but not good.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. It was a terrible experience. We reserved 3 rooms but all the rooms were not that clean and I didn't see any room service. The staff was NOT FRIENDLY and the way they talk was not nice. Once I asked few extra drinking glasses, they said they would give but they didn't. It was just one example. The dining area was not clean and it was not as like in Booking.com pictures. Air conditioning was very bad. Window seeing was untidy. I do not recommend this place at all.
