Well out of the bad things is that the room is cold. The rest is very good and overweigh the bad. Amazing shower, big room, huge bad, big screen tv and you can watch Youtube. The view over the lake is lovely. It is possible to get the the last station on the Green line and walk over the bridge - not the most plasant walk with the big bad, but doable. The breakfast buffé (7-10) is extensive. And if you are looking for the switch - it is by the side of the bad away from the door, you can thank me later😉

My wife and I love this hotel. We travel to Taipei a couple of times a year and always prefer to stay here. Staff is excellent.

The hotel is located near the countryside with beautiful scenery and tourist attractions nearby. Air quality of the surrounding area is good. Ask for a room with no smokers in the neighbouring rooms or the good air quality will disappear. Have free washing machine and dryer available for resident use. Floor vacuuming is not in their routine, you have to ask specifically for it.

Staff couldn't be any friendlier. Comfortable rooms which were well cleaned, maintained and represented solid quality. Beautiful location, quaint and peaceful while still being an enjoyable and scenic 2-3 minute walk from Xindian MRT Station. I was also highly impressed by the emergency signage and safety controls. PL wayfinding signs, prominent emergency evacuation maps and even a safety harness should you be required to exit your room through the window. Clean, safe, friendly, well positioned and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider a return visit.
