Location is convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The place is located close to MRT and one hour to take bus to airport. It's near shopping areas and restaurants. Definitely come back.

Had a room was a Japanese toilet. So I guess I am not like most regular people. But there was like rot&bleach smell on the pillow,blankets. What's up with that. Could u do something about it please.

one of my best stays in TW!! really love the staffs and of course, its location. just beside the Xindian MRT that takes less than 1min to walk. great bundle as they serve delicious breakfast on 3 different timings to suit your preference. however only thing that is lacking would be the cleanliness of the room as there are dusts on the walls and floor isnt as clean 😅

Xin dian MRT station is stone throw away, very convenient. Passengers can also take bus 1968 directly to Taoyuan Airport (fare: NT$135 - exact cash or direct deduct from metro card) The hotel room is an ordinary hotel, but unfortunately there is no wardrobe in the room. There's also a small mall near to the MRT side. If you need to do last minute shopping, you can go there. Have a shop called "Poya" selling similar essentials stuffs, taiwan tibits etc like Sg's Diaso with different price range. There is also morning market available for some value buy. Tourist place like 碧潭 is just beside. Can explore as there are some streets stalls there too.
