Excellent value for the money! We stayed for several nights in two different rooms — both were very clean, beds were super nice (soft but supportive!) and the linens were so soft and clean. Staff were really nice as well. We got windowless rooms both nights and it was very quiet — heard street noise maybe only once. Loved the location and its proximity to the lake and Cafe Giang. Would definitely stay again!

Had a perfect room booked last minute. Walk in price was 1 million dong but was able to book via Agoda for aprox. 625.000 dong so very happy with that. Very comfortable big bed, and good bathroom with nice hot shower. Window was overlooking a tiny square so no real daylight as not able to see the sky. Would certainly consider going back when in Hanoi.

Be warned: a family room does not include 2 actual beds, you will get 1 king and a cot (a very tiny, uncomfortable one). Executive rooms face the front of the hotel so expect a lot of noise from the streets, water temperature kept adjusting and overall bathroom size was too small.
