Had a pleasant stay at this facility recently. Property is well managed, staff members are nice and accomodating. Many intetesting pieces of art and deco fitted around the property, has space for outdoor and indoor meals, a pool table and library, also a gym room. A strong candidate to think of whenever planning another stay in Da Lat city area.

The staff doesn't explain anything. We went to the center of Dalat for dinner. After we came back at 9 PM they locked all the gates and we could not get into the hotel. They didn't geven us a key for the gate. They didn't answer the doorbel. So we went to the next hotel and a nice guy called the hotel twice before they answered. They opend the gate after 10 minuten. All the time we were out in the rain. It's unexetable. Also when there will be a fire you can't get out of the gate without the staff. Never go to this hotel! We paid so much money for the worst hotel in Vietnam!

Unique building which is in a great location, spotless and provides an amazing breakfast. The staff are very kind and friendly and the swimming pool is a great addition.
