I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at Dalat Prince Hotel compels me to share feedback that I hope will reach the management. I had booked a two-room suite, and upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the overpowering scent of air fresheners used throughout the hotel. The aroma was so intense that it made breathing difficult, causing throat irritation and an overwhelming desire to escape outdoors for fresh air. This issue was not confined to the lobby but pervaded the hallways and even seeped into the rooms. We inspected three different rooms, but ultimately, the persistent scent made our stay untenable, leading us to relocate to another hotel. Despite this significant issue, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects. The staff at Dalat Prince Hotel were notably friendly, always smiling and eager to assist in any way possible. It's clear that the hotel has potential, and I believe that by addressing the overpowering use of air fresheners and creating a more naturally inviting atmosphere, the hotel could greatly enhance its appeal and overall guest experience.

We got the room face the street on 4th floor and it was a little noisy! Especially when the restaurant around the hotel started the karaoke for a special event! The breakfast has a lot of varieties! The service in the breakfast restaurant should be improved ! Lack of employees! Room Clean and spacious!

Service was not good, I booked a room with balcony, but they downgraded the room without any notice and refuse to refund the differences, the worst thing is that we have already called ahead of time to confirm the booking. First time I have experienced this issue, 100% not recommend. The staffs do not understand English, so if you do not know Vietnamese, maybe find some other places to stay. Breakfast buffet is included, but honestly not that good for the price... For my room, the water pressure is not very good, and the door bell is broken. Not what I would expect from a 4 stars hotel. No I would not recommend this place to my friends.
