This hotel is in a good location just opposite to Hyde park. Close to the underground. The staff at the reception was friendly. The rooms and generally the hotel needs renovation, although the cleaning staff is an asset. The housekeeping could not possibly do any better than they do, especially in the bathroom. The room was very very clean besides the fact that requires a renovation. In the breakfast area, Mr George (Greek man) he was very attentive. Many thanks we might return soon

First visit and very impressed with every aspect of our stay. Friendly welcoming staff, the rooms very clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Great value for money will definitely stay again in future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The rooms are a little tired looking and not overly spacious, and the walls are very thin. However, they are comfortable enough. The location is great. 5 min walk from 2 different underground's giving you direct access to 3 tube lines. Like anything in London the price is a bit steep, and you are paying more for the location in my opinion.
