Liked · Place was beautiful. Service was EXCELLENT! The staff were so nice. One of them even came by to ask if we wanted to eat anything since she was leaving to get her lunch and we had just checked in. They planned a mini surprise for my husband with a cake on the morning of his birthday. Breakfast was delivered on time and it came with a mini basket with juice boxes, small packets of meiji milk, cornflakes, tangerines, strawberry jam etc. Overall very nice place. Easy to get your Grab cars. Quiet and peaceful too. Disliked · It's by the lake so there will be a lot of bugs like grasshoppers, flies, toads. For the pests like the houseflies, we got a can of Baygon - that really helps. The pool isn't sheltered so you can't swim if it rains.

Brand new pool villa with full option, ready-to-stay/holiday/party home with easy access to Ao Nang and many shops around. We stayed in the largest one, with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room, plus swimming pool and bbq area. Excellent choice overall, though need to improve the sink pipe and air con a bit more in the kitchen.

Nice and very clean house, host is very friendly and the interior looks amazing:) AC works also fine, location is perfect, not directly in town, so also very quiet and peaceful.

Did not like! The smell of sewage was always present for a month, the problem could only be eliminated temporarily, there was zero privacy, because there was a dryer and a dishwasher under the windows, there was parking opposite our gate, and most importantly, a very noisy road, in short, there was no peace. The attitude was good only when we arrived, then that’s it) I don’t recommend it for a relaxing holiday!
