Las Palmas Hotel by the Sea

I and my family have been staying at Las Palmas hotel for years now, its a beautiful little hotel with great polite and professional staff, especially the owner who is a ray of sunshine whatever the weather. The hotel is great value for money with top facilities, situated in a great location, between here and there as you'd say. My daughter and I love it here and would never stay anywhere other than here when visiting Blackpool, which we do multiple times yearly. Las Palmas is our Blackpool home, always made to feel super welcome and I have nothing but positive vibes from the second we arrive until we leave. Thank you 🙏🏻

Subject: Unbearably Disgraceful Experiences at Your Establishment Dear Hotel Management, I am writing this email to express my profound disappointment with the experiences I had at your hotel recently. I am appalled and honestly, at a loss for words. Traditionally, hotels are known as a place for comfort, hospitality, and tranquility, unhappily, it seems your establishment gleefully scouts for opportunities to break that norm. The night reception is alarmingly dreadful. My expectations of receiving basic courtesy, let alone hospitality, were rudely shattered into a million pieces. It seems the concept of customer service or even basic decency was found conspicuously absent. It is high time the hotel reevaluates the training procedures and the knowledge imparted to these frontline representatives. Speaking of dreadful, I could not simply bypass the Nightmare Manager, oh, my deepest apologies, rather, I intended to address your Night Manager's unpleasant demeanor. His behavior reeked of aggression and disrespect, which are certainly not characteristics of someone in a managerial position. As guests, we were seeking an ear that listens, a solution provider, but alas! We were greeted with hostility. I strongly believe such form of interaction not only left us in distaste but also tarnishes your hotel's reputation. Regrettably, the disappointment didn't end there. Imagine a dreadful incident taking place in the middle of the night, and there is absolutely no one to address our grievance? This is not an excerpt from someone's nightmare, but a horrifying reality we faced at your hotel. We found ourselves alienated and stranded, without anyone to look into our issue. Such insensitivity and nonchalance are untenable. Quite shamefully, while many of your competitors in the hospitality sector strive to provide stellar customer experiences and comfort, your hotel seems to be engulfed in the embarrassing art of insensitivity and inefficiency. If such negligence towards your guests continues, it serves to mitigate your credibility and believability as a competent service provider. In light of the horrendous experience undergone, I can safely state that your hotel is one that should be avoided at all costs. Bad doesn't even begin to describe it. I'm now left with no other choice but to make it my personal mission to share this lamentable series of events far and wide as a warning for future guests. Perhaps it is high time you took a critical and introspective look into the operational standards of your establishment.
