The staff is very friendly and helpful. Fresh and rich breakfast 😋 you can also ask for dinner. We had a lovely homemade tagine. The guest house is located outside the city. We absolutely loved this as you enter an oases of peace and quiet. We felt at home, thank you very much 👍

Absolutely money wasted, it was too far from city centre paid €40 daily to go and come back. The hotel too dirty and service was terrible. One Morrocan bread per person with a very small cup of Moroccan tea. We were staying for 7 nights and never come to serve the rooms and change the bed covers. Bathroom had only one tissue roll for one week no shampoo and no hand wash at all, broken showe head. No hot water for the first 2 nights. Not recommended at all.

This is the great location if you want to relax, its just outside of marrekech and if sitting by the pool and relaxing is your aim it's perfect, if you wish to do excursions the staff are ready to help, we found them polite and very willing to help in anyway. The menu is limited but gives an idea of morrocan food at reasonable prices, when we wanted to go out the hotel organised taxis making it feel like we had our own chaffaur. The pool is a good size and while it was cold when we came it was still enjoyable. For the price we paid we found this location above our expectations! The staff made our little relaxing retreat a great holiday, highly recommended if you wish to escape the office and chill. Only downfall is we came during the countries year of no alcohol but we cant blame the hotel for us not checking.

Small Hotel. Missold. There are not Safes and Mini bars in all rooms as per the website. I don't believe there are Safes in any of them. The rooms are basic, so do the job, but are not 'superior' as we were sold. Don't expect the facilities of a hotel, no bar, no entertainment. The food is nice, but cooked to order, so expect an hour's wait. The hotel staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The manager, however, seems to ignore complaints and required repairs. With a bit of work the hotel could be a great boutique escape.
