This property was more than expected. From check-in to check out, staff was attentive, accommodating, and very hospitable. Giving full recognition to Luna for going above and beyond. When I take a gamble on returning, Marriott Las Vegas will be my bet for sure. #HappyNewYear2024 SN: The only issue was room service food wasn't hot. TV stability and guide details... Ugh!!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family stay. It is conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas convention center west hall entrance. Everyone was kind and accommodating. However, I must highlight a few people who went above any beyond their duty. My father began feeling ill from a cold. While having breakfast in the hotel cafe, Bree (a Marriott cafe employee) overhearing our conversation went to the back and brought my dad some cold medication and a few cough drops. Later on, Andres (another Marriott cafe employee) came over and brought him cough drops as he heard my father coughing. A few days later when I ran into Bree, she asked how my father was feeling. While this may not seem like much to some, it is the little things that people do that show the true character of a person. Their kindness and compassion made our trip a little easier and cemented their acts of goodness in our heart. The Marriott hotel has two of the kindest employees and would do well in making sure they stay within the company. All in all, I would definitely come back with my family for another stay.

Overall Great Experience ! We were Blessed to get a room facing the Sphere, thanks to Jackie, it was Amazing ! The Breakfast buffet was Great. Wonderful food, and Amazing service. Every morning we had the pleasure of being seated with a Very "Special" Server, Bree. She was very friendly and really made you feel like family. "K"

Room was literally disgusting and dirty. I called the manager named Dawn and explained the situation and instead of being understanding, She decided to pound on the door with another manager like the police, looking for proof after I explained to the front desk I didn't want to be disturbed. Patronizing, smug, and rude on every level. Zero coordination with management and staff, plus an overall attitude regarding complaints that must not be valid based on the customer explanation. Top it off, I got super sick after my stay from the disgusting dust filled vents in ever part of the AC system in the room. If an option for no stars is possible, that would be the option. Just don't. Stay somewhere else.
