Good value for money, reasonably spacious rooms and everything working as expected (shower, air conditioning, etc). Breakfast with good variety (remembering that we are talking about a 3-star hotel, so there is no point in expecting a breakfast worthy of a Waldorf Astoria). The staff is very friendly and helpful, from reception to cleaning. A not so good point is the sound insulation, as you can hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms, but this also has plenty to do with the manners of other guests.

Pros: Very well mannered and joyous reception desk at all times. I felt really good conversing with Nicholas as well as others at various times Rooms although old fashioned were clean and had a very good vibe There is a supermarket within 100 m which is a good plus. Cons: A bit far away from railway station as it takes around a 30 mins walk from Hotel ( was a bit naive on my part to think it was closer) The breakfast although having a good bread and cold section had no hot foods ( for 170 eur per night ) which was the only let down . No drinking water available at any time other than breakfast ( I was told this was because of work at the bar )

After leakage in our 1st room we have been moved to some sort of "back-up" smelly, unclean room with worst bed you can think of. No sorry, no other option at that time available. The room was just next to bar and breakfast area so impossible to sleep after 6:30am due to noisy staff and guest early at the breakfast. We have been said - you dont like it - pack your stuff and go. The very next morning a room appeared in 4th floor which must have been empty night in question, as it was ready immediately once we asked just after 8am. Staff absolutly arogant, not willing to do anything at all. Will never ever go there again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, it is well located just 10 min walking from Termini station, and there is also a very close bus stop (2 min walking from the hotel) that takes you to the center. I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the receptionists helped me with all my doubts since I was traveling alone. The only thing I will suggest to improve, it would be the breakfast; It was fine but there was not much variety.
