There were four adults and we had plenty of room. It was very clean. The view was great. We arrived late and they met us at the entrance (luckily our taxi driver one exactly where to go, otherwise the entrance is hard to spot). No complaints!

I'm sorry to have to write this review, but here goes: I booked a room over a month ago through Booking. For personal reasons, I have been trying to cancel this booking with a reduction of charges for more than three weeks through mail, chat on the platform and phone. And I have not received ANY response. Completely neglectful and completely disastrous customer service. I hope they will fix it in the next few days, but in the meantime, let it serve to make people aware of the hotel's practices.

Clean room on a nice location. Roomy also, owner is very helpful for a pleasent stay. At the beginning it was a bit hard to find, there are two entrances, one from the main street the other going to a bit a sketchy street. Furthermore bathroom was well equipped and roomy. I'll start by saying that Vittorio is uniquely kind, he immediately puts you at ease and you can ask him whatever you want, he is always ready for your every need. The room is clean, tidy and equipped with all comforts. We had a great time. THANK YOU Vittorio, when we return to Naples we will definitely see each other again. HI......
