Bad Attitude- Bad Quality- Bad Service- No recommendation Old hotel, old equipment, unfriendly staff, bad room. Dirty towels and sheets. The receptionist (Ms. Trinh) and another lady have a bad attitude. The receptionist's attitude towards guests, had an extremely bad experience, and was really critical. Receptionist: no smile, the Receptionist named Trinh and the receptionist are on the same shift as her. 2 girls with extremely attitude. As soon as I checked in, I saw that the bed sheets were full of yellow spots. So I told him to change the bed sheet for the guest and said he would come up to change it, then said he was out of bed sheets and didn't even apologize. No professionalism anywhere. Restaurant: food and drinks are not refilled, the buffet line is closed at 8:30 and at 8:00 the buffet line is empty, the quality is also bad, the food is cold. The staff talked so loudly that even the customers could hear. No one cleared the tables, but the restaurant was too crowded. I understand that there are 2 or 3 tables here, but they didn't even bother to clear the tables. I also don't know who the staff is because they didn't know who was working. see anyone 😂. Don't recommend everyone here. But the quality of service and facilities here is really bad. 3* hotel but 1* quality, need to retrain staff attitude. At homestays in DL, the experience is much better.
