Loved having the lockers since we got here before our check in time. The outer door lock isn’t easy to open…buttons for the numbers need to be pushed hard. Room wasn’t available right at 3pm but didn’t have to wait long Love the space, amenities. There was a strong smell whenever we came into the room, so we had to open the balcony door to air out the room. Would be nice to have shampoo/conditioner in the shower…had to go purchase.

My class stayed here for a week. One of the rooms we got smelled of smoke when we arrived. The staff was made aware of this yet did nothing about it the first day. The next day all of a sudden my class mates are getting accused of having smoked there themselves and that we have to pay to get a new room. Then we’re getting yelled at & told that we have been observed smoking and interfering with the smoke detectors. Finally we get told that this was a miscommunication. No apology, no compensation, no nothing. Just an admission of guilt. Never encountered such terrible customer service. Do not stay here I would not recommend at all. Edit: I see that the hotel has responded that they fixed the issue at first opportunity. This is simply not true, as we let them know a day before they were able to fix it, which in itself is fair if they didn’t’ have any vacant rooms, however it is the hotel’s job to make sure that every room is up to standard when the guests arrive. They could at least offer a cleaning or remove the cost of that room for that night. But the main issue however is the fact that we were being accused of being the ones smoking and threatened with a hefty fine, even being lied to and told we were being observed smoking. This offended me on the deepest level. You cannot blindly accuse your guests of crimes when in fact they’re the ones suffering because of your mistake. It sucks that somebody smoked there, but it really should not be our burden to bear.

The apartments are very new, and they are fully equipped (without an iron, but they had all the rest). The location is fine, you can cover many areas by walk, but at night it felt little bit unsafe if you're a female solo traveler, or 2 women. We had an incident with the fire alarm where the whole building had to evacuate, and their staff arrived after 30-40 min, since there's no physical reception there. With the money paid, I'd try to find something else to stay.

The place is new so everything is clean and nice, decorated with a Mediterranean flair...I really like the bed as it was firm and the studio was spacious. However technology was showing it's limits...Self check-in: complicated as it was requesting a second visitor and a copy of it's passport beside I was travelling alone ..have to call, wait, call... App to open the door was taking forever and did open the front door but not my room...I never figured out the ridiculous Samsung TV remote control, was taking forever to change the channels and never understood how to change the sounds...a Netflix button that was not working...I mean Chromecast or some kind of inroom entertainment is basic nowadays...here only local (and few German? ) channels, nothing in English or french...the worse was the noise from the corridor, the loudly smashing doors at 2 AM, several time a day anytime, repetitivly, everydays and nights...that wake me up beside wearing earplugs...very annoying.
