Overall enjoyable stay. Clean, modern hotel. Nice staff. We only visited the bar which had very affordable drinks for Paris but we didn’t eat at the restaurant. Room was small (as most are in Paris) but well decorated. Importantly the A/C worked great which was impt as there was a heat wave while we were there. Bed was very comfy and shower had good water pressure. The only thing I didn’t like was the 50 euro charge for early check in (even though our room was ready) which we didn’t do and a 30 euro charge for late check out despite no one coming in after us. For the price, these should be a courtesy if available. Also location is not very central requiring tram and metro rides everywhere. Not a big deal but just to be aware. Overall, nice stay and I’d consider coming back except if it wasn’t so far.

Stayed here recently with work and the service is really awful. Added on 2 nights prior to a work trip, and chose the same hotel for ease. After requesting to keep the same room, which we were told was no problem, rather than move due to my work booking being under another name, I received a missed phone call from the hotel on the night my bookings overlapped. Sensing there had been a mistake I asked at reception before going up to my room was everything ok and was told yes, I then could not access my room! After at least 30 minutes of them not being able to find my booking, despite having a booking ref number, writing down the name my booking was under for them to search, and traveling with another 10 people from my company - they finally were able to find my booking by listing out to me the names of everyone booked into the hotel who has not yet checked in (yes the same name I had written down for them to search for 30 minutes previously and was told “no booking”). Having found my booking I then was told I had to move rooms to a new room at 11:30pm at night! This makes zero sense, as the original room I had was inferior and I was happy there and did not want the hassle of moving, but was forced to pack up and move for some unknown reason. Very bad service, no apologies for the mix up and general hardship. Never had such a lack of common sense and basic hospitality at a hotel before. Rather than an apology, it was insinuated as being my fault, despite my colleague having no issues with the same circumstance. They also asked us to pay again when checking out for a stay that had already been paid for. Also charging people to iron each piece of clothing is very greedy, considering it is a 4 star hotel. The one positive is it was extremely clean, absolutely spotless. So well done to the housekeeping staff!

Where can I find the hotel's E-mail? ---------------------------------- I visited this hotel last week. Everything was good, the breakfast was good as well. However, the deposit which they said would be automatically cancelled the day I checked out, is still not cancelled yet. It was 300 Euro. wondering when it would be cancelled. strongly suggest to pay 300 Euro deposit in cash and get refund right away when you check out. seems hard to reach the hotel after check out.

I would like to begin by saying my overall stay was really enjoyable and the location was great! However a receptionist named Letissia, made me feel incredibly unwelcomed. She was rude and very unprofessional, I never got told where anything in the hotel was and gave little to no information about breakfast and other facilities. Luckily other staff were great, but she made me feel awful.

Overall a nice hotel that left us with nice memories. Very new and sparkly clean. Let me overview pros and cons: Pros + Cleanness + Eiffel Tower view from some rooms + Very stylish lobby/bar area + A computer and a printer available for everyone to use + Generous breakfast in beautiful setting + Comfy bed + The man at the reception, who is there during a day was very efficient and professional Cons - The rooms are small - No coffeemaker - No mini bar/fridge (pretty big con) - Pretty ridiculous but worth to mention con: the hotel seems to be attracted by the couples for a 1 night stand. We felt so terrible walking down the hall for breakfast and hearing all these sounds, as well as couples getting on each other in a spa area. Not really good for families with kids. - HUGE deposit for 4 stars hotel -300EUR. I have never encountered such an amount, and I stayed in dozens of hotels. There is also a problem to get this amount back, as usually the money unfreezes the same day as the check out. Not this hotel's case, you will wait for a month and even then it is uncertain. - A lady with the light hair at the reception was quite unpleasant. Not only she was not willing to help with our requests, but she constantly not saying simple "Bonjour", when we have been greeting her. Not acceptable for a customer service worker. - The other (Indian lady I guess) at breakfast and bar hardly speaks English/French. We had the trouble communicating with her. - As other reviewers noted the hotel is nice, but everything works only 70% out of time. Some things are out of order/broken/out of stock all the time As I said we still had nice memories, but perhaps the hotel should lower it's prices, since it is still new and not ready to compete with other establishments. Next time I will probably stay in more central hotel, that has already established it's name since the price is the same.
