Worst experience possible for a hotel. Room service was bad didnt have my towels changed since the day I came in Wifi was really bad regardless of brief power cuts. Everyone is basically ripping you off, staff havent got a clue how to run a hotel If I could i would rate them at 0. Poor excuse for a hotel Khalas.

I stayed here Thursday Nov 19 for a few hours while I waited for my delayed flight. I was brought to the hotel from the airport by a taxi driver. The taxi driver recommended this hotel because this hotel was "good but not too expensive", he also was going to get me a discounted price. On arrival, the taxi driver and the guy at the reception discussed some things that I didn't understand because I don't speak the language, then I was overcharged by both the hotel and the taxi. I was not given a room key, I was not given a receipt because "the printer didn't work". The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was what looked like pieces of food in the bathroom sink. The wifi didn't work. The guy at the reception said he would send me the receipt via email but never did. Bad experience overall, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this place to a friend. Please send me the receipt (for my work expense report) and I'll update the review.
